Article Marketing for Destination Link Building

One of the problems associated with sending the same article to multiple directories is that sometimes the search engine will flag some of the content on article directories as duplicate content, and then not give credit for inbound links from sites. Many of the article directories have discussed this problem by adding additional content to the page, or require that you only submit articles exclusive to them. I have found that when I send the same article to many directories, I still get a lot of links, even though I lost some. I imagine this will get worse in time, as search engines start doing a better job of filtering content.

One way to reduce this problem is to rewrite your article, change a few important words in the article. You can do this in your word processor by choosing the words, which many times you've used throughout the article, and use the search feature and change the words to replace words with meaning. Change the intro to the article and may add or change an existing sub-topics. Many of the services link building too much emphasis on sending articles via other means such as to buy high PR links.

Another way to do this is to purchase software over the article. I have tried this in the past and was not satisfied with the results - I feel too much work for the results. Some professional link building services also use this software for link building.

I think that a better approach to this problem is to write one article per 10 article directories, and only submit each article to 10 directories, and then switch to other articles for submission to the next 10 directories, and so on. This will not eliminate the problem, but will provide enough improvement that I think it is a superior method associated with duplicate content on article directories than rewrite.

Article Marketing: Is Bum Marketing Holy Grail?

Many online entrepreneurs and enterprising webmasters know the value of article marketing. By writing a unique, highly informative, and well written articles and by sending them to many article directories on the World Wide Web, the website will be able to collect a lot of back links that can only mean good for page rank, and finally, with the engine results pages search (SERP) positions.

Article Marketing: The Online Entrepreneur is Number One Weapon

Think about this way: after an article is submitted to article directories, it can be taken by many publications online and offline. And since the article may not be reprinted without including resource box that accompanies it (which can and should include a link to your website), you will be able to expose your URL to many people.

Much!

But there is one thing: article marketing is a commitment. Online entrepreneurs and webmasters should make a point to submit articles as regularly as possible. And by "regularly," I mean 3-4 articles per week. This is a way for web sites to remain competitive.

Article One Wonder System

But what if you do not have time to write and submit articles that often?

Is there an easy way to do something?

You're in luck! Actually, there is a relatively new method that promises to put your website on the first page of SERPs just by submitting one article - yes, just ONE article - for one, two or three article directories.

This method is called Bum Marketing, and was conceptualized by its innovative online marketing named Travis Sago. When first released towards the end of 2006, it made enough impact in the world of eCommerce, and for good reason at that time.

So what is Bum Marketing and how, exactly, does it work?

Bum Marketing In A Nutshell

Bum Marketing begins with the selection of appropriate keywords. Nothing new you might say? Think again. We do not just search for any keyword. We're looking for the phrase that people actually used to find information online, where phrases like commands a good number of searches but only offered by some sites.

Travis Sago actually creates a formula for it. Try to find key phrases that have at least 12,000 searches per day, but was serving only 5,000 web pages or less. The figures given, however, can be significantly larger, but they should not lose proportion clear at the top.

For example, you have chosen the topic "dog training." Topics commands thousands of searches per day. However, the precise keywords of "dog training" took millions of web pages in search engines.

This topic is too general. If you use keywords like them, you will not be able to get many visitors to your website.

The solution? You have to narrow it down.

"How to train a dog to pick up the paper," the key phrase right, taking only 300,000 web pages. This number is easy to dominate!

The next thing you must do is write an article that will contain the key phrase above. Key phrase should appear at least 3 times for every 100 words of text. A 250-1000 word article would be enough.

Then, you have to do is to submit an article to multiple article directories with high page rank. This one article will be producing positive effects for your website. Within a few days, you can expect your web pages to appear prominently in Google, Yahoo, MSN and other search engines.

That's the power of Bum Marketing. And this is the reason why Bum Marketing has been labeled as "article marketing on crack!"
